A comic and watercolor sketch artist who is involved in several social movements championing issues such as human rights (e.g., Aksi Kamisan), social equality and freedom of expression (e.g., Gema Demokrasi), and the movement against cement factories along with Kendeng farmers and people. Despite not holding any formal position in the organization of these movements, Efi is actively involved in the visual and artistic aspects of strategizing. In addition, Efi works as a space manager for PurpleCode Collective’s feminist reading, hacking and making space in Jakarta.
