Hindra is the co-founder of BIOSCIL (Bioskop Kecil, literal translation: Small Cinema), an initiative engaged in social and educational efforts through art, particularly film. The initiative focuses on providing children access to age-appropriate short films through mobile screenings in schools and community learning groups. Previously, Hindra worked with Teater Garasi (literal translation: Garage Theater) in Yogyakarta. As an independent producer, Hindra produced a play titled Koteklema dan Ksatria Laut Lamalera (Koteklema and the Lamalera Sea Knight) (2013). Hindra is interested in exploring various art mediums for story-telling practice. Moreover, Hindra began pursuing film and photography in the past few years.
